建筑師
- 建筑學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- 熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)建筑規(guī)范及各專業(yè)技術(shù)配合，掌握項(xiàng)目招投標(biāo)、審圖及報(bào)批流程，具備一定的中后期經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- 具有優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計(jì)能力和較強(qiáng)的專業(yè)知識(shí)，有較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立工作能力；
- 熟練使用AutoCAD、Sketch Up、Photoshop、Indesign、Rhino等相關(guān)軟件；
- 具有良好的職業(yè)素質(zhì)，優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，熱愛(ài)設(shè)計(jì)，富于激情，擁有優(yōu)秀的身體素質(zhì)與心理素質(zhì)，能適應(yīng)較快的工作節(jié)奏；
- 有優(yōu)秀建筑事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者、有駐場(chǎng)監(jiān)造經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Senior Architect
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture or above. Above 3 years working experience.
- Have a complete and clear understanding of the project process, understand the national and local building codes, understand the process of Bid and Tender, having experience on the middle and later stages of projects.
- Have good professional knowledge, unique creative ideas and innovative capabilities in conception and design. Have ability to independently complete the project
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, Rhino, InDesign and other drawing and layout modeling software.
- Have good professional quality, good teamwork, coordination and communication skills. Passionate about architectural conceptual design, have excellent physical and mental quality, can adapt to the fast pace of work
- Advanced architectural studio working experience; having supervision experience in site construction will be preferred.
助理建筑師
- 建筑學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，優(yōu)秀的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- 具有較強(qiáng)的設(shè)計(jì)能力和學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)知識(shí)的主動(dòng)性，能獨(dú)立認(rèn)真的完成設(shè)計(jì)工作；
- 熟練使用AutoCAD、Sketch Up、Photoshop、Indesign、Rhino等軟件；
- 愿意參與積極、有針對(duì)性的專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，與事務(wù)所共同成長(zhǎng)，并逐漸成為優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)的骨干；

Assistant Architect
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture or above, undergraduate or graduate with 1 year working experience or above.
- Have good professional design ability and willing to learn new skills. Able to work independently.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, Rhino, InDesign and other software.
- Willing to participant in professional concept design and becoming one of core member of the team.
- Have good professional quality, good at teamwork, coordination and communication. Passionate about architectural conceptual design, have excellent physical and mental quality, can adapt to the fast pace of work.
駐場(chǎng)建筑師
- 建筑學(xué)專業(yè)本科或研究生學(xué)歷，有1-5年以上設(shè)計(jì)施工協(xié)調(diào)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- 了解國(guó)內(nèi)建筑施工規(guī)范、流程、材料、工藝等，具備與業(yè)主、施工單位等多方協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力，在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)能夠正確傳達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)意圖，并及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)、反饋并協(xié)調(diào)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題；
- 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)，有良好的抗壓能力，有責(zé)任心，工作認(rèn)真細(xì)致、積極主動(dòng)；
- 熟練使用AutoCAD、Sketch Up、Photoshop、Indesign、Rhino等相關(guān)軟件；
- 有文化類項(xiàng)目駐場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Site Architect
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture from an accredited Chinese university or abroad. Min. 1-5 years of experience working in architectural site coordination.
- Understand architectural standards, procedures, material, construction in China. Ability to coordinate between client, builders, and other parties, and accurately communicate design intentions on-site; as well as efficiently identify, report, and coordinate issues in-construction.
- Ability to adapt to on-site conditions, and work well under pressure. Have a sense of responsibility, and a proactive and attentive attitude.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Rhino, and related software.
- On-site experience in cultural projects preferred.
實(shí)習(xí)建筑師
- 建筑學(xué)、城市規(guī)劃等設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)在讀或應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生
- 較強(qiáng)的動(dòng)手能力、抗壓能力，能聽(tīng)從事務(wù)所建筑師的工作安排，愿意接觸和參與設(shè)計(jì)與研究的各個(gè)層面；
- 具有良好的方案設(shè)計(jì)能力，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)充滿熱情，有創(chuàng)造性，熱愛(ài)設(shè)計(jì)，富于激情，擁有優(yōu)秀的身體素質(zhì)與心理素質(zhì)，能適應(yīng)較快的工作節(jié)奏；
- 熟練使用AutoCAD、Sketch Up、Photoshop、Indesign、Rhino等軟件；
- 實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間不少于三個(gè)月。
Internship Architect
- Undergraduate or graduate majoring in Architecture / Urban Planning.
- Have strong practical and anti-pressure ability. Willing to participant in each level of design process. Good team player.
- Have good design ability, passionate about architecture conceptual design, have excellent physical and mental quality, can adapt to the fast pace of work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, Rhino, InDesign and other software.
- No less than 3 months of internship.
室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)師
- 室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、建筑學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
- 一年以上公共／商業(yè)／藝術(shù)空間等相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- 能夠熟練使用AutoCAD、3DMAX、Sketch Up、Photoshop等相關(guān)軟件；
- 具有獨(dú)立完成設(shè)計(jì)工作的能力和較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，熱愛(ài)設(shè)計(jì)，富于激情，擁有優(yōu)秀的身體素質(zhì)與心理素質(zhì)，能適應(yīng)較快的工作節(jié)奏。
Interior Designer
- Graduate majoring Interior Design /Architecture or other related design majors.
- 1 year working experience in public/commercial/art space projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, Rhino, InDesign and other design software.
- Have ability to work independently, good at teamwork, coordination and communication. Passionate about architectural conceptual design, have excellent physical and mental quality, can adapt to the fast pace of work.
